I've always been someone who's had a love affair with helping people. I didn't always feel like I could depend on others, so I've always wanted others to feel like they could depend on me.  

To be honest with you, I haven't always had the best of luck when it comes to life. I've dealt with depression, anxiety and family-related turmoil that shaped my early adult years in ways I couldn't have predicted. Ultimately, I got to a place where I had to decide if I was going to fight through and become a winner, or give up and just accept whatever was coming my way. 

I decided to fight.

Even more important, I decided to plan.

Eventually, I became tired of life happening to me and I decided to take control. I started to take risks. I failed at a bunch of things but eventually, I started to succeed at some much more. These are the types of things that I share one belindalaurie.com. I share the things that I share with my girlfriends when they need some guidance. I share things that I know are going to help people live better lives because these things helped me live a better life.

So much about life is about perspective. But in order to get perspective, you have to have clarity. That's what my shop is all about. It's designed to help millennial women, like me, who are looking for clarity in one or all aspects of their life on a more intimate level. 

I've found peace in my relationship with my husband, our family, my extended family, my friendships, my career and my home. So, consider me your older sister, who's been there, done that and wants to help you navigate this sometimes hard life in a way that's easier than how I did it.
